Many customers have expressed a desire to update their current hydraulic palletizers to more current technology. T-TEK has created a process to upgrade our competitors hydraulic systems to an non hydraulic process. We use many of the same drive systems that you will find on our TS Series Palletizer.  Some of the key features of our upgrade are: 

Upgraded Technology: 

• Hoist, apron, and end compression are driven by servo motors with a Regenerative energy power supply.
• Includes a processor update to AB CompactLogix processor.
• Includes a ten inch touchscreen update with extensive diagnostics that simplify troubleshooting, pattern information and alarm logging.
• All hydraulic functions are replaced including fork cars motors, hoist base chains motor, etc.
• VFD's are used where multiple speeds are needed.
• Includes a new, composite Apron that is low friction for consistent control of a wide variety of case finishes. 

Servo advantages: 

• Servo controlled Apron and End Compression handle cases gently, quickly, and accurately across the widest variety of case finishes or wraps.
• Servo driven Hoist for the most gentle handling of full pallets, shortest layer drop from apron to pallet, and the fastest pallet change out in the industry.
• Regenerative power supply returns up to 40% of the energy used by the servos, resulting in an eco-friendly, energy efficient machine.
